We offer discounts on the monthly rate for three, four and five month stays.

Monthly reservations made by July 31, 2006 for November 1st, 2006 or before can lock in a $310.00 rate for the length of your stay.

Seasonal stays (6 months occupancy - 6 months storage)	$1995.00 + electric
Annual stays	$2155.00 - $2400.00 + electric

We are proud to offer Senior Citizen, AAA, Good Sam and Military discounts on our overnight rates.

This year we are offering special rates for the Yuma Birding and Nature Festival attendees, so please call to make your reservations and get your special rate.
